Although sometimes clients may think they have experience and can handle the process on their own, in some cases, projects run into roadblocks and time delays due to the lack of decisions and proper specifications and details from the client. Clients often need someone to guide them and present them with visual options for them to make more confident decisions.

The construction schedule is often tight. Align the multiple sub contractors and get the team on site is usually a challenge. A lack of a decesion for a simple floor tile can impact the whole construction negatively.
